Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing Industry
NOTE: You must have a Bachelors degree in a Engineering or Science related
discipline and experience in one of the following industries; Beverages, Food,
Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care products.
Salary - $65,000 - $75,000 Range (Plus Generous Bonus Program)

food manufacturer is looking for Production Supervisors on at several of their
facilities throughout the U.S.
Location: Multiple locations throughout the United States. Company offers
excellent relocation package.
Team Leaders will supervisor Team Members in a fast paced, a high volume
manufacturing environment. Applicant will develop the Team to implement cost
reduction and scrap control, using Lean Manufacturing principles. Applicant will
insure
efficient and safe operation of food processing equipment. Counsel and provide guidance to
employees with problems that may be negatively affecting work performance.
Effectively utilize resources and maintain material availability for assembly
operations.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.
Five or more years in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. Experience in
a high speed packaging consumer products type company. (Beverages, Food,
Pharmaceuticals, OTC Drugs, Personal Care products, etc)
Knowledge of world-class manufacturing techniques (Six Sigma, ISO9000) is a
plus.
You must be able to show a career path that includes fast/solid progression.
